Records Made Easier (Paper Less)
The Records will easily assist the doctors, know about their diagnosis, its relevant information of records for cross check, and prescribe to Drugs, that are relevant to the patient details of diagnosis , with out much difficulty, based on the previous prescription, the diagnosis, and with reference to the supporting lab reports. The lab reports would have different Digital readings, with colored graphical widgets, which enable the doctors to easily navigate through and alarm, if the patient needs any urgent or Intensive medical care.
How does it help the Doctors?
This is a Touch screen Notebook, which is wireless and is connected to the server. It interacts real time, as needed, and stores the relevant information of the appointment based patient record, and reports in to the local machine, so as to avoid a loss of information, or lack of connectivity. The doctors will be able to check on a series of diagnosis, based treatments and investigation, which allows the doctors, to keep a constant watch of the critical information availability.
